Position: Registered Nurse - Supervisor


Location: Boynton Beach, FL


Specialty: Labor and Delivery


Schedule: Days, 3x12


*Duration: Permanent


Pay: Up to $95k annually - $20k sign on available!

This leadership position you will work three day shifts per week 7a-7p encouraging and assisting the team with troubleshooting while ensuring excellent patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing supervision and leadership to the L&D team
  • Collaborating and supporting management with staff evaluations, patient flows, staff and family education
  • Assisting with troubleshooting staff and patient concerns
  • Participating in hourly rounding
  • Working closely with the staffing office to coordinate staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shifts

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Florida
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 3 years
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP Certifications
